Phase 1
Converting 1st-floor disused restaurant into self-contained residential flats.
Planing approved in July 2020.
Phase 2
Redesign existing disused ground-floor pub, create a working hub for the younger generation in the area to help provide an environment for Startup and support local SMEs.
Designs completed in December 2020.
